What are the main concerns when going through the divorce process?

If you are getting divorced, there are five significant issues you will need to resolve to finalize your divorce:

  1. Child custody
  2. Child support
  3. Spousal support
  4. Asset division
  5. Debt division
How much is my case going to cost me?

The pay structure is going to depend on the type of case. For personal injury cases, our lawyers work on a contingency basis. This means that if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. Hale Robinson & Robinson will cover all the upfront costs of initiating your personal injury claim. You must pay an upfront retainer fee if you have a criminal or family law case. The retainer fee will depend on the situation surrounding your case, including the difficulty of the case, the seriousness of the charges, the opposing parties, etc.

How long does a case take from start to finish?

The length of time it takes to conclude your case depends on the type of case. The case will be finished relatively quickly for most criminal cases where a plea is accepted. However, if you are going to trial, that could be substantially longer to complete, sometimes years.
