Bailey graduated from The University of Arkansas-Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.
She then graduated from The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and became licensed in Missouri. During law school, Bailey worked at the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and the Housing Authority of Kansas City, serving the needs of the local community.
After law school, Bailey worked as a contract attorney and continues to work in domestic litigation.
